Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong size of jika-tabi then contact us at support@jika-tabi.com to get our return shipping address and confirm that the correct size is available. Then just ship the product back to us in like-new (resellable) condition with a note for the desired size. We'll ship the new pair out to you free of charge.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason then we can provide a full or partial refund depending the product's condition. Send us an e-mail at support@jika-tabi.com to get our return shipping address. We will reimburse your account within three days of receiving your return.
